3. Platform Access

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational requirements.

While we encourage high-quality data, SCIKIQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any Data Product available on the Platform.

All Data Products must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:

• Personally identifiable information without proper consent
• Illegal or infringing content
• Malicious code or harmful data
• Content that violates third-party rights

6. Payment Terms

Data Product prices are set by Providers. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices may change at any time with appropriate notice.

8. Data Usage and Privacy

THE PLATFORM AND ALL DATA PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SCIKIQ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Platform will meet your specific requirements
• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Data Products will be accurate, reliable, or complete
• Any errors in the Platform will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SCIKIQ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination
